We offer a 14-day refund policy for eligible purchases.
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
2. Significant Use
If the service has been significantly used, including multiple analyses or similar usage, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically create a refund outside this policy.

Please include the email address used for the purchase and a short description of the issue.
4. Processing
Refunds are reviewed individually and, if approved, are processed back to the original payment method through the payment provider used for the purchase.
If you purchased through Paddle, the refund will be processed according to Paddle and payment network rules.
